  • I am a registered psychologist with a background working in private practice, and educational and forensic settings

  • My earlier career was working as a registered nurse

  • My therapeutic approach has a foundation in humanistic, trauma-informed and strengths-based counselling, as well as Emotion Focused Therapy

  • I make use of therapeutic approaches that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
